Welcome to Room C114 and to First Grade at Tres Volcanes! I am so excited to have your child in my class.  I will do everything to make our time together be the most fun and educational that I can.

First Grade is an exciting time for students and a time for

exploring so many new things and places and, most importantly, a time to

learn.  I know it can be tough to leave your child in the care of someone

else, but I am here to help your child grow and have fun!  This year we

will be learning all about the foundational skills to be successful

academically and socially. 

I set very high expectations for each student in my class. I know

that every child can succeed, and I expect my students to be the very best

students at Tres Volcanes.  Every day I hope that you will help by taking

the time to talk to your child about what we did at school and what we learned.

Your child's education is a team effort, and I am looking forward

to working with you and your child for a great year in First Grade!
