Hero Truck Driver Saves Choking Woman Who Showed Up at a Construction Site

While sitting on the side of the road by Bolingbrook on 1-55 and Route 53, Jeff Hanus was at the right place at the right time. A woman pulled right in front of the truck driver, gesturing that she was choking. While she had two hands on her neck, this hero jumped to the rescue! Performing the Heimlich maneuver, until the small piece of food that was chocking her had been knocked out.
