Cutting calories by 12% can have long term effects that are good. Those effects can be such as living longer, healthier lives. If you did cut calories you would have to maintain vitamins. There is a cost if you're trying to gain muscle you should be careful cutting calories so you don't lose that muscle.

I am thankful for a roof over my head.
I am thankful that have a bed that I can sleep on.
I am also thankful for school giving me education.
Also another thing is that I have food (especially meat!) so I can grow.
