What an interesting time to be alive. Am I right? I want to take a minute to say hello, good morning, good afternoon, good whatever day you are reading this. I want to say hi, and check in with everyone. What a wild ride the last few weeks have been. I have found myself feeling a little lost in my thoughts, very confused and sometimes even sad. If you have found yourself with similar feelings, that is ok! Remember how I always tell you guys that sad feelings are feelings to have too. You can't always be happy. But depending on what we do with those sad feelings is important.

Please make sure that you all are taking care of yourselves and others during this time. This can look like staying home, getting enough sleep, making sure you are eating healthy meals and snacks and probably the most important, being kind. I take care of myself by making a daily schedule. Every night I make a schedule for the next day and it helps the day feel not as long. I have something to take up my time throughout the entire day. Set a goal for each day or week and then reward yourself with something at night. My goal this week is to pull all the weeds in my backyard. My reward is going to be some homemade chocolate chip cookies. Must. Keep. Pulling. Weeds.

Give people space if they need it, help them with a meditative breathing exercise or maybe just be there to listen.
