I am pleased to welcome you to the 2025-2026 school year! Kindergarten is such a fun year with many wonderful learning activities to celebrate. I am committed to creating a classroom environment where the students are valued, trusted and are part of our classroom community and have fun while learning. I have planned a variety of activities to emphasize and reinforce this goal. Together as a team we can make this year amazing!

My name is Elizabeth Arndt and I am in my 21st year teaching Kindergarten at John Baker Elementary school. Teaching and being a mom has always been my passion. My husband and I have two girls, Addison who is a Sophomore at the University of New Mexico and Liberty is a Junior at Eldorado. I enjoy working with kids, the outdoors, playing games and traveling.
My Education:
I am a level 3 teacher and have a Master's degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico in Elementary education.
