Directions for logging into your Google account at home:
If you are logged into your Chromebook using your APS log in (see below) you will not have to log in again (in options below).
There will also be links to the classroom in the students’ portal of the class website.
Option 1:
Go to classroom.google.com.
Click “Go to Classroom”
Sign in with your APS google account: student number@aps.edu (98……@aps.edu)
Password is your school computer password, using first name initial, last name initial, a period, and six numbers for birthday. For example: Ralph Fox with a birthday of 02/14/10 would have this password: rf.021410
You might get a prompt to “Accept” an invitation from 4th Grade Enrichment or 5th Grade Enrichment. Click on that and you should be good to go.
If it asks you for a class code, 4th graders enter: lmysg3z (1st character is L not 1)
5th graders enter: vea5675
Option 2:
Log onto the internet using Google Chrome.
Sign into your account by clicking at the top right of the screen and signing in with your aps email address (see above #3). Use your school password (see above #4).
Your waffle symbol (nine squares) will be visible in the top right section of your screen.
Click on the waffle and Choose “Google Classroom”.
You might get a prompt to “Accept” an invitation from 4th Grade Enrichment or 5th Grade Enrichment. Click on that and you should be good to go.
