Hey Cochiti Students, Parents, and Staff,

I hope you are all staying healthy and active! I miss you sooo much! I have announcements, resources, and a fun partner workout to share with you today. The weather is beautiful so I hope you are getting out when you can. The best thing you can do for your mental, physical and emotional well being is to get active at least 60 minutes a day.
