Hello! Welcome to the 2023-24 school year!
This is my 18th year teaching at Cibola High School and my 21st year with APS. My family and I moved to Albuquerque after I graduated from Texas Tech University with Bachelor of Education degrees in English and Exercise and Sports Science. I completed my student teaching and earned a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Design and Instructional Leadership from the College of Santa Fe while teaching at Washington Middle School. My wife works in the Budget and Strategic Planning Department at APS and we have 2 children. Our oldest is a graduate of New Mexico State University and is living in The Colonies, TX. Our youngest is a Senior at Cibola. I am originally from Kingwood, Texas in the Houston area and I follow The World Champion Houston Astros and the Houston Texans!
