What if I lose or damage a book? You have three options:
Our preferred option is to replace the book with a NEW copy. We only accept hardback books as a replacement. Please attach a note with student name, lost book name, & teacher name to the replacement copy and return the book. We ask that damaged items be returned in whatever condition.
In order to pay online you will need to login to the InTouch system. If this is your first time using InTouch, you will need to request your username and Password from the Kokanee Main Office secretary at mnienaber@nsd.org. Once you have your username and password, you can pay the library fine at NSD InTouch Payments. When paying library fines, please note that it may take 24 hours from the time the fine was assessed for it to appear in the system.
You may also pay the fee by check in the front office. Please note, automated overdue notices will still be sent until the payment is fully processed.
