Additional Resources

There are a variety of different resources available to our students here at Colony Middle School.  We will continue to update this page as new resources are available.

Counselor Requests

Students may use this google form to request to meet with their counselor.  If it is urgent, it is recommended that they tell their teacher before leaving class to go to the counselor's office.

Parents may request to speak with a counselor by using this form or by calling their student's counselor directly.  Parents are welcome to come to the school to meet with their student's counselor in person if so desired.

School Safety Issue or Concern

Harassment is taken very seriously at Colony Middle School.  No one is allowed to make others feel unsafe at Colony Middle School.  If you feel that this may be occurring, we encourage you to fill out this Incident Reporting Form.  The reporters name will be kept anonymous.  If your student does not feel comfortable filling this out themselves, parents and concerned community members may fill it out for them.  If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to your student's counselor or one of the administrators.

Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

People can call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

988 serves as a universal entry point so that no matter where you live in the United States, you can reach a trained crisis counselor who can help.

988 offers 24/7 access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing mental health-related distress. That could be:
