FLC Women's Soccer has one of the highest scholarship transfer rates in the state. Our program offers an all inclusive placement support service.
Student-athletes have accesses to transfer counseling, creating professional highlight videos, support with managing the recruiting process, communication with college coaches, and navigating eligibility requirements.
Our student-athletes are prepared mentally and physically to not only transfer to the next level but excel and be leaders in their future endeavors.
Coaching Staff
Our coaching staff is lead by head coach Donny Ribaudo. Coach Ribaudo has been coaching college soccer for over 14 years and holds a masters degree in physical education. Assistant coach Pat Powers is known for his tactical expertise and developing goal scorers. Chris Starr is a veteran goal keeper coach with experience at all levels. Robert Gray is in his second season as our strength and conditioning coach.
FLC Soccer Stadium is considered one of the best soccer specific facilities in the region. The falcons have access to both the synthetic stadium field and bermuda grass training field.
In addition to the stadium we have access to our team rooms, locker room, weight room, and athletic training room.
