Ms. Hurley

Hi! I'm Ms. Hurley. I have a son in the third grade that attends Beadle Lake Elementary. My grandma lives with us, and we have a tuxedo cat named Harper. In our spare time, we enjoy playing tabletop games as a family. Travel, escape rooms, and competition shows are other things that I enjoy when I'm not teaching.

Speaking of teaching, this will be my sixth year! As an educator, I'm a big proponent of learning from mistakes and from one another. My goal is to have the classroom be a community space where we have dialogue that serves as a tool for us to all think and learn through the texts we're examining. My room is a space where you will be pushed and asked to think. The best answers are those that generate more questions!
