Hello and welcome to my website! This is my eighth year teaching at Fairmont Area Schools.
A little about me...I live in Fairmont with my husband - Mike, 12th grade daughter - Angelica, and a very loud beagle named "Cuddy". My oldest daughter, Lydia, is a first grade teacher in Iowa. My middle daughter, Emily, graduated from FHS in 2020 and is attending college at Liberty University in Virginia. My son, Anthony, is in the Air Force and lives in Washington state with his wife and my adorable grandson (Hayden) and granddaughter (Cadence). In my "spare" time, I enjoy reading, learning, and traveling.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and have extensive business background as a small business owner of a bathroom remodeling business in the Los Angeles, California area. We sold our business in 2015. I have a Master's degree in Education from Winona State University and am currently working on my Master's in Business Administration at Minnesota State Moorhead.
