Woodbury Middle School
8th Grade Counseling
I graduated from Albert Lea High School, and the University of South Dakota where I got my undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and played college football. After working for a few years, I decided to get my master’s degree in School Counseling from my alma mater. I have also spent 2 years coaching football at Albert Lea High School, 1 year at the University of South Dakota, 1 year at Rochester Century, and am currently coaching at Woodbury High School. After graduating with my master’s I started last school year at Riverside Elementary School in Rochester, MN as a mental health practitioner in the setting 3 E/BD room. I then took a job at Jackson Middle School in Champlin, MN as a long term sub as a school counselor. After finishing the school year there, I accepted a full time position here in Woodbury. I am excited to work with these students and to see where my career goes at South Washington County Schools!
In my spare time I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. I am a season ticket holder to the Vikings, and love tailgating and going to those games. I am also a proud alum to the University of South Dakota and I spend a lot of time cheering on the Coyotes in all sports!
