I am excited to return to Weaver Lake Elementary as an EL teacher this year. I look forward to working with students to help them develop the English language skills they need to be successful in all of their classes and beyond the walls of Weaver Lake Elementary. I especially enjoy teaching students the language they need to do STEM-based inquiry.

I have taught English Language Arts and Spanish in Brooklyn, New York, and Palo Alto, California in the past. I enjoyed living on both coasts, but I'm also glad to be back in my home state of Minnesota. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my son, and my daughter.
