Transition Plus offers programming for young adults ages 18-21 with special needs, who require assistance and support while pursuing transition goals and objectives. It is a community-based program emphasizing employment and independent living skills and is provided by Independent School District 196.

- Log into the app with your email address and use the District 196 ID: 73500
- Add your student’s name and student lunch account number.
- Once login is complete, set up a virtual radius that will alert when the bus is in the area.
