We use an online system for parents to sing up for time slots for student-parent-teacher conferences. Conferences take place with your child’s FLEX advisor. You should sign up for one time slot for November, (do not register for a second time slot in February as this will erase your November time slot). Fall conference time slots: November 7th (3:20 - 8:20 pm) or November 8th (10:00 am – 7:00 pm). To pick a time slot, enter this link into your internet browser: www.ptcfast.com/reg1. Via this link, you will be asked for your entry code that is listed by FLEX teacher. Do not use the upper case “I” or the lower case “i” or upper case “O”…. all codes for these characters use the numbers “zero” and “1” instead. Then scroll to the very bottom to hit the Confirm Selections button.
Direct Drive Donations Update!
Instead of a sales drive for magazine and cookies, we are asking DHMS families to give a suggested donation of $20 per student to replace the fall sales fundraiser. Parents can donate by going to your feepay account and finding the “1A: Direct Drive Donation” item to give any amount.
In the past, we have generated about $25,000 each fall with a fundraiser … this amounts to about $20 per student.
The campaign goes for one week and ends on Friday, September 27th. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and go to pay for unique programs that make DHMS a special place: The WEB program, reduced field trip costs, supplies for science, art, tech, and FACS, microwave ovens for student use in the cafeteria, new drinking fountains, etc.
