Attendance Grading Policy for High School
High school students can earn .25, .50, .75 and 1.0 full credit for work done in each class. The final grade will be determined by attendance, work completion, effort and participation. Teachers are expected to track student attendance and review it every three weeks. Students, who are at risk for not earning full credit or failing, will be referred to the case manager. The case manager will bring it to the team, followed by a meeting with the classroom teacher and parent contact.
District and state assessments will be administered throughout the school year. See the calendar for testing dates.
