Documents Needed for Rising 6th Re-Enrollment

Documents Required for In-District Re-Enrollment (6th grade Renewal)

Three documents are required for the Rising 6th grade In-District Re-Enrollment. One document from each list below is required (3 documents total).

• Document 1 must be one of the following – all pages of the document are required.

o Deed – in the parent’s name at the current address with signature pages

o Closing Document – in the parent’s name at the current address with signature pages

o Current Real Estate Property Tax Statement from the Cabarrus County Tax Collector’s office showing parent’s name at the current address

o Current Lease with signature pages- in parent’s name at the current address.

• Document 2

o Current utility bill (gas, water, electric, cable, internet)– in the parent’s name at current address

• Document 3

o Picture ID of the parent (Driver’s license/passport/government issued ID/border crossing card/matricular consular/Visitor’ Visa
