Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the "Photo Cleaner: Free Up Storage" app (the "App") by 16716741 Canada Inc.

Your Photos Never Leave Your Device

The App's core function — browsing, reviewing, and deleting photos and videos — runs entirely on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded, transmitted, or accessible to us or anyone else. Deletions use the system photo library, and deleted items go to your device's "Recently Deleted" album per iOS behavior.

What We Collect

To understand how the App is used and improve it, the App collects a small set of anonymous usage analytics:

- A randomly generated anonymous identifier, created on first launch. It is not derived from and cannot be linked to your name, email, phone number, Apple ID, or any other personal identity.

- App interaction events (e.g., completing a first deletion, reaching the free-tier limit, viewing the upgrade screen).

- Purchase events: the product purchased, its listed price and currency, and whether the purchase succeeded, was cancelled, or failed. All payments are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details.

- Basic device information: device model, iOS version, App version, and the device's language and region settings.

We do NOT collect: your photos or videos or any information about their contents, your name or contact details, your precise or approximate location, or advertising identifiers.

How It Is Used and Stored

Analytics data is transmitted to and stored on servers operated by us (hosted on Amazon Web Services). It is used solely for product analytics — understanding feature usage and improving the App. It is not used for advertising, is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Deletion and Opt-Out

Uninstalling the App stops all data collection. Because the analytics identifier is anonymous, we are unable to associate stored analytics with any individual person, and therefore cannot locate or delete records in response to individual requests.

Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
