SquabblePop Privacy Policy

AppAiSoftware built SquabblePop to work privately on your iPhone without an account or custom server. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SquabblePop.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

AppAiSoftware does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information through SquabblePop.

SquabblePop does not require an account or login and does not include advertising, external artificial intelligence services, or location services.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

SquabblePop may store the following information locally on your device so the app can function:

• Names or nicknames you enter for profiles

• Household names and settings

• Custom dispute text and choices

• Decision results and fairness history

• App preferences and feature settings

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to an AppAiSoftware server. You control the information you enter. Deleting SquabblePop may delete its locally stored data unless that data is restored through an Apple-provided device backup.

SHARING

SquabblePop can create Decision Receipts, result cards, and Whining Citations. Sharing occurs only when you choose a sharing option and select a destination through the standard iOS share sheet. The privacy practices of the recipient, social network, messaging service, or other selected app are governed by that third party’s policies.

IN-APP PURCHASES

SquabblePop Plus is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple’s StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide SquabblePop with limited purchase-status information needed to unlock or restore purchased features. AppAiSoftware does not receive your full payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and terms.

DEVICE PERMISSIONS

SquabblePop does not require access to your precise location, contacts, microphone, or photo library for its core dispute-settlement features. If a future feature requests an additional device permission, iOS will present a permission prompt and this policy will be updated when appropriate.

ANALYTICS AND ADVERTISING

SquabblePop does not include third-party advertising or an AppAiSoftware analytics system. Standard App Store and operating-system diagnostics may be processed by Apple according to your Apple device and privacy settings.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

SquabblePop does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Because user-entered information remains locally on the device, parents and guardians should supervise the information children enter and any content they choose to share.

DATA SECURITY

SquabblePop is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping app data on the device and avoiding accounts and custom servers. No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Protect your iPhone with an appropriate passcode and device-security settings.

YOUR CHOICES

You can control SquabblePop data by editing or removing entries within the app when those controls are available or by deleting the app. You can control Apple diagnostic sharing, backups, and other system services in your device settings.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated if SquabblePop’s features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted with a new effective date.
