AppAiSoftware respects your privacy. DashHawk is designed to operate primarily on your device and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information with AppAiSoftware.

Information We Collect

DashHawk does not collect personal data from users.

The app may request access to certain features of your device, such as the camera, microphone, location services, and photo or video storage, when those features are necessary for DashHawk's functionality.

Information and recordings generated through these features are processed and/or stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to AppAiSoftware.

Camera and Video Recordings

DashHawk uses your device's camera to provide dash-camera functionality.

Video recordings created with DashHawk remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, copy, or otherwise transfer them.

AppAiSoftware does not receive or store your DashHawk video recordings.

Location Information

DashHawk may use your device's location services to provide location-related driving features.

Location information used by DashHawk is processed on the device and is not collected or stored by AppAiSoftware.

Microphone

If DashHawk uses audio recording as part of its dash-camera functionality, the app may request permission to access your device's microphone.

Audio captured with a recording remains part of the locally stored recording and is not collected by AppAiSoftware.

Third-Party Data Sharing

AppAiSoftware does not sell, rent, or share DashHawk user data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

DashHawk does not use user information for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because AppAiSoftware does not collect or store DashHawk user data on its servers, AppAiSoftware does not maintain personal user data that needs to be deleted from its systems.

Recordings and other locally stored DashHawk content can be deleted from the user's device by the user.

Children's Privacy

DashHawk does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
