To Refer a New Client fill out a referral form and we will get back to you in 1 - 2 business days. We are accepting referrals for:

• 24 Hour Emergency Assistance

• IHS (with, without, and with family training)

• ICLS

• Respite Care

• Night Supervision

• Home Making (Staffing available in Dakota County, All counties accepted with client provided staff)

• PCA (Traditional, Choice, Extended) - Only if client has their own staff
