Fill your stomachs with tasty snacks this busy week as the Trade Fair opens its doors again for the second time around!

On May 3, 2023, the second trade fair in APEC Schools Ortigas Extensions officially began. Three groups from Grade 12 ABM named SioGo-Go-Go, Nacho Dawg, and Snack Attack used their experience from the previous trade fair as they prepared for this one. Prior to that date, a week before the event the three groups conducted a soft launch in which they went room to room to advertise and inform students about the upcoming event.

Well-designed stalls were crowded with people as they started selling during the break time of AM shift. Affordable meals and combos caught the customers’ eye as they walked into the room, where they can choose from different types of menus. SioGo-Go-Go offers siomai, gulaman, and siomai rice, which is great if you want to eat something with rice. Nachos, hotdog sandwiches, and refreshments like blue lemonade can be found at Nacho Dawg. If you missed the sweet treats from the previous trade fair, look for churros and donuts from Snack Attack, which also offers fries, hot chocolate, and iced coffee drinks.

According to the students, despite the crowded venue, it was worthwhile and enjoyable. The Trade Fair will be remembered not only by the sellers, the Grade 12 ABM students, but also by everyone who was able to experience the food and the lively atmosphere.
