To conclude Fun Week 2023, APEC Ortigas Extension held a Bingo event on the school grounds on Friday, February 17. The event was organized by the Ortigas Extension parent Board of Directors along with the school authorities.
The students were able to purchase two bingo cards bundled together with a raffle entry ticket for ₱50. The bingo cards were to be kept by the students until the bingo event had started.
The bingo event started at 10:30 AM on the APEC grounds. All the students and staff gathered on the school grounds to press their luck.
Before then, there were short icebreaker games led by the hosts Student Council President Vonn Jhenzon Puga, Vice President Prince El John Tungcul, and the daughter of the President of the board of directors—Vinance Ganipan.
In total, five rounds were conducted, each round having a cash prize for the students to win if they managed to score bingo by completing the given pattern on their card. Every round came with a different bingo pattern and the cash prize got bigger after each completed pattern.
The first four rounds made the students form patterns forming the letters “A-P-E-C” on their cards, while the final round was for a blackout. To score a blackout, all of the numbers on your card must be called by the bingo master.
