On the 24th of March, APEC Ortigas Extension held its 3rd Parents' Assembly meeting. Parents and guardians were gathered online to discuss school branch reports, enrollment promos, upcoming activities/events, and reminders.

The school branch reported the school events which had happened up until the 3rd quarter. Examples being the Hour of Code, APEC Fun Week, the Grade 12 ABM Trade Fair, and the outreach program conducted by the Student Council. Promotions were also reviewed, for instance, the enrollment promo for new enrollees and re-enrolling students. They also reviewed other previous/Ongoing promos such as the Christmas promo and Feb-March promo,  and lastly also planned, Upcoming promos such as the April-May promo, and June onwards.

The School calendar was also discussed in the event. Upcoming activities, events, and reminders were announced and discussed with the parents as well.
