COMMUNITY USE OF ATHLETIC FIELDS

It is the intent of the Boothbay-Boothbay Harbor Community School District that the schoolowned athletic fields be available for use by the community when not in use by the schools or YMCA. School sponsored activities will be given first priority in the use of the fields. YMCA activities will be given second priority.

The Boothbay Region High School principal, working with the Field Committee, will be charged with developing appropriate regulations for these fields. The Field Committee will be made up of the following four members:

a. BRHS principal

b. BRES principal

c. BRHS athletic director

d. BRES athletic director

All regulations will be made available to the Board of Trustees.
