(NON-CERTIFIED) STAFF CONCERNS/COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES

It is the intent of this policy to encourage the solving of problems informally at the lowest possible level.


Non-teaching employees who are dissatisfied with any decision regarding their termination of employment, suspension, extensive loss of pay, or unreasonable change in working conditions, may appeal such decision in writing to the next level of job supervisor, may appeal these decisions through all the appropriate level steps until the matter is brought to the School Committee level for their final decision.


Other grievances may be brought through all appropriate level steps to the superintendent.
