SPECIAL USE OF BUSES

The School Committee desires to discourage the use of its school buses for other than regular school groups.

Buses may be provided to organized school clubs or school groups when there is a responsible adult in charge. The rate will be established at least annually by the administration but is not to exceed the operating cost to the school system for such use.

Buses may be rented or leased to municipally-sponsored groups when there is a responsible adult in charge. The rate for such rental shall be established annually by the administration and will include pro-rata charges for maintenance, insurance, etc.

Only approved drivers may be used.
