AUTHORIZED USE OF SCHOOL-OWNED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
The primary purpose of acquiring equipment for the District is for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of its programs. Such equipment must be carefully maintained, accounted for and properly used as it represents a considerable expenditure of funds. Therefore, it will be a general policy not to loan equipment to non-school-related groups. Any exceptions may only be granted by approval of the School Committee and/or Trustees.
