Learn more about Antioch College Village
The Antioch College Village is designed by internationally recognized designer, Jason F. McLennan, of McLennan Design, as unique, environmentally sensitive homes.
Adjacent to the Antioch College campus, on the corner of Livermore and E. North College Streets; see more.
Units are priced at $190K - $240K.
These numbers are based on preliminary cost analysis and will vary depending on number of bedrooms and materials. Upon completion of the next design phase, the cost and options will be more specific.
Homeowners will own the building and Antioch College will continue to own the land and provide a 99-year land lease. There will be a Home Owners Association which will have monthly fees designated to maintain the exterior of the buildings and common areas. According to PND (Pocket Neighborhood Development) ordinance, 50% of units can be rentals.
We will break ground in 2018/19, upon securing buyers/investors and a builder.
Per PND zoning ordinance, each unit is required to have 1.5 parking spaces, additional on street
