Why Sober Grad Night?

• To provide a safe, supervised, and alcohol-free environment for high school graduates to celebrate this milestone

• Created by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) in 1985 as a response to the high number of alcohol-related crashes and fatalities on graduation night.  Since its creation, there has been a dramatic decline in alcohol-related crashes involving young drivers during graduation season.

Cost: $240 (check)* per student (May descrease with fundraising)

• $100 (check)* deposit due 1/25/26 to reserve spot or you can pay in full to reserve spot! (refundable if we don't reach 80 student minimum)

• Payment plans available: 

  • Check plan: $100 deposit due 1/25/26; $48 due 3/1/26; $48 due 4/1/26; $44 due 5/1/26

  • Online plan*: $104 deposit due 1/25/26; $48 due 3/1/26, 4/1/26 and 5/1/26

  • Online Pay in Full:* $248 due 1/15/16 (refundable if 80 student minimum not reached)

• Checks made out to Antelope Parent Boosters can be dropped at the school office Attn: APB Sober Grad Night

• Final payment due 5/1/26

• Student & Parent to complete Sober Grad Night Registration/Code of Conduct Agreement

Parent chaperones will accompany students on the bus drive to Alameda as well as on the cruise. There is NO option for students to drive themselves to or from the event. No refunds if you are late or miss this event.
