We'd like to thoroughly introduce you to Anna ISD and the many parts it takes to help us fulfill our mission:

To invest in academic excellence, instill values and inspire students.

Anna ISD serves the rapidly growing town of Anna, Texas, in northern Collin County. We are a large 4A district, with enrollment at more than 4,500 students and climbing every year. Anna ISD is devoted to accommodating this growth by building new schools, expanding its facilities and continuing to hire quality teachers and staff.

Our Vision, Mission, and Core Beliefs guide us in everything we do at Anna ISD. These statements are not just words on a page - they are carried out by our Anna ISD family every day.

A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

Welcome,

I am pleased to have the privilege of being the Superintendent of Anna ISD. Anna is a fast growth district in northern Collin County. As a community, we still have a small town atmosphere with a progressive educational system. We pride ourselves on creating a family environment for our students and staff.

Our leadership team along with parents, community members, and students spent last year developing a strategic plan to give the district direction for the future. The plan emphasizes the need for additional facilities, increased technology opportunities, additional Career and Technical courses, as well as more opportunities for Dual Credit coursework.

Our district is approximately 64 square miles with our current enrollment at approximately 5,500 students. Anna ISD has the U.I.L. classification of 4A. We have eight campuses, including four elementary schools serving K - 5th grade, two middle schools, for grades 6-8, Anna High School for grades 9-12 and the Anna Academic Achievement Center serving the PACE program and DAEP.

I am excited to see what the future will bring to our district. This is a great place to raise a family and educate your children.

It's a great day to be a Coyote!
