I'm a recent grad from Yale University ('19) conducting postgraduate research in TarrLab, with a focus on applications of deep learning and computational neuroimaging to the study of human sensation and perception. My main research questions concern how information about our sensory environment is represented in visual cortex, and I use a combination of functional MRI, neural network modeling, and behavioral experiments to gain insight into these representations.

Here I present a case for an integrated view of the ventral visual stream, based on empirical data relating category-selective responses in human brains and deepnets. Co-authored by Dr. Talia Konkle, Harvard University.
