Student Handbook
This document outlines the required courses and the sequence in which Electronic Music majors are expected to complete them.
For reserving noise-making time in HOA 222 and A21.ย All of you have the right to book 2, 3-hour sessions per calendar week (i.e. Monday morning to Monday morning) in the studios.ย Please refrain from booking more than one evening (7-10pm) session per week, or more than one weekend session.ย The studios are both available on a first-come first-served basis when not reservedย Students using the studio during unscheduled time should allow others to take their place after 3 hours. Please schedule your bookedย sessions earlier than the day you wish to use the studio to avoid conflicts with the drop-in policy.
Remember that booking the main mixing desk means having priority to fill HoA 222 with sound.ย It does not mean having sole use of the entire studio.ย
The studio booking rules will be modified as needed in order to accommodate all students using the studios.
ย No rebooking sessions if you miss your time.
Please complete this form if you're having any problems with equipment/instruments in the studio, if anything is missing, if there's anything you'd like to see added to the studio, or to report other studio-related issues.
