I am so excited to kick off this school year!  I have been teaching for 18 years at Midway.  My passion is teaching reading and social studies, and I'm so excited to focus on those two subjects this year.  I have two children, James and Jemma.  James is going into 8th grade and Jemma is going into 4th grade.  My husband works as a cook at AnMed.  

We are so excited to have Cassie Fox join us in the classroom as our Clemson Resident Teacher!  Cassie is from Long Island, New York and worked at Midway last year in 5th grade and 3rd grade.  She's going to be a phenomenal asset to our classroom!

Fifth grade is such a special year as it marks the end of elementary school.  This year will be full of fun with our field trip to Charleston, immersive learning days, and our annual kickball tournament!  Looking forward to a fun and fabulous year!
