Transcripts

A transcript is an official record of a student's coursework throughout high school. High school courses taken during the middle school years also appear on a student's transcript. Transcripts only show final grades in a high school course. Transcripts are used in a variety of situations including enrollment verification; college admissions; scholarship consideration; and employment.

IMPORTANT: All SAT and ACT scores must be sent to your colleges/universities directly from the College Board and/or ACT at your request through their website or by mail to the testing company. SAT and ACT scores will NOT be included on your transcript.

The school counselors need written permission to release your high school transcript to colleges, military, and future employers. A transcript release form MUST be completed before we release your official records. If a student is under eighteen (18), a parent/guardian must authorize release of records.

Need a transcript for a college application?

If you are applying to a college or university, you need to send an initial transcript when you complete the college application. At the end of the first semester, your school counselor will automatically send your mid-year transcript to any college/university that you sent an initial transcript. You do not need to request a mid-year transcript. At the end of the school year, you will fill out a senior survey letting your school counselor know where to send your final transcript.
