The PTO's goal is to establish a foundation that builds an environment that reinforces the mindset of a Crew approach, by encouraging deep connections between family, students and school.

We will accomplish this by:

  -Serving as a bridge between family and staff

- Co-creating an inclusive environment that allows staff, children and families to feel welcomed throughout their Amana Academy West Journey

- Being a thought partner that remains solution focused while navigating the path to create a strong PTO organization
