Veronica Collins Hays
Hi!! I am Veronica Hays and I teach 6th grade World Cultures and 8th grade American History. I am also the Student Council representative for AJH. This is my10th year of teaching. I am married with a 6 year old daughter and a 3 year old son. My daughter will be in 1st grade. When I am not at work, I am spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel, bake, be outdoors in nature, and do crafts from Pinterest. I am a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan, even though I was born and raised in the Houston area. I married a Dallas Cowboys fan which make football season interesting in our home! I graduated from Alvin High School in 2001, and have lived in the area most of my life! I attended UHCL and graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2009, and my Masters of Arts in Criminology in 2012! I am a firm believer that you can do whatever you put your mind to. Even though this year is new for everyone, I cannot wait to start learning together!
I graduated from UHCL in 2009 with my bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I received my Masters in Criminology in 2012
