This is my third year at RPJH. I am a proud native of Missouri City, Texas. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston-Downtown and a Master's degree from THE University of Oklahoma (BOOMER SOONER). My certification is in Special Education EC-12. Prior to me coming to RPJH, I was an Early Childhood Social Worker in another district, and a state Child Welfare Specialist in Oklahoma. Advocating for children and parents is the cornerstone and framework of my professional career. I am a member of HAABSE (Houston Area Alliance of Black School Educators), Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, INC, and giving donor to Alvin ISD Education Foundation. I am a proud mother of 3 beautiful children who bring joy and nurture to my life. I am last but certainly not least, the 7th grade Girls Volleyball B Team, 7th grade Girls A Team Basketball, and Girls Sprint Track and Field coach here at Rodeo Palms. Coaching is my ministry, and my athletes mean the world to me.
