The students in 5B built a sensor using the Lego Spike kit. We worked in mixed groups of four to build, program, and create a presentation about the sensor.
First, we accessed the School 4.0 website. There we found all the information. We completed Unit 182 (UD 182).
Then, we answered a question about the sensor's function. We learned that the sensor can make sounds.
Afterward, we began building the sensor. Our group started with the central platform that would support it. We continued with the motor mount and finished with the sensor itself.
Next, we programmed the sensor. We had to adjust the sensor's range and the sound's range.
Finally, we prepared a presentation to record a video.
It was a great project, and I enjoyed working with my friends.
