ACT RESPONSIBLY, ABIDE BY THE RULES FOR MAINTAINING PUBLIC SAFETY

Below measures are announced by the Greek National Organization of Public Safety due to Covid-19 ongoing pandemic outbreak. All the below measures, and as long as the pandemic outbreak is ongoing, override the advertised policies of any related amenity or service as originally booked based on Greek law Protocol under number 1881/29.5.2020

Maintain Social Distancing in all areas of the hotel

Please keep a distance between each other of a minimum 1 meter.

Maintain distance while on Sunbeds or Dining Tables in Pool Bar area

2 meters must be kept between each couple of sunbeds or couple of chairs. Our Staff members will be available to assist and coordinate you for this case.

Wash your hands. Use Antiseptic gel

Wash your hands as frequent as possible. Use antiseptic gel afterwards. Antiseptic gel can be found in several spots in public areas of the hotel as well as in your room

Do not enter in Indicated Restricted Areas

Indications of Restricted areas will be spotted within some areas of the hotel. These areas are not allowed to be entered.

Check In Time @ 15:00

As announced by Greek National Organization of Public Safety, in case your room was occupied on your arrival date, Check-in Time starts from 15:00 in order cleaning of room to follow all health and safety standards. If possible we will do our best to avoid this delay always taking into consideration safety first.

No guests are allowed in rooms!

As per hotel regulation and for public safety reasons, guests not registered / assigned in a room are strictly prohibited to enter!

Linen, Towel Change frequency reduced

As announced by Greek National Organization of Public Safety, change of linen, towels, housekeeping frequency is shortened within your stay for public safety reasons. Of course exceptions can be made when necessary.

While Staying, Cutlery & Crockery Not Cleaned in room

For public safety reasons, cutlery and crockery in your room, will not be cleaned if found dirty, however always note that you will be provided with the appropriate washing up liquid and sponges to perform this type of cleaning.

No Mask is needed from your side

However in case you feel you need one, please do not hesitate to request a mask or a pair of gloves from a member of our staff

Gloves for Mini Golf & Biliards

Gloves are optionally provided for playing mini golf or billiards. A staff member will be assisting you with, on demand

Virtual Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast is served between 08:30 - 11:00

For public safety reasons, our breakfast buffet will be honored virtually via our website, therefore all food and beverage items of your choice, will be served by us on your table. We will be there for you to serve on demand as much as you like, maintaining our advertised breakfast buffet in terms of safety.

Dinner Hours

Dinner is served between 18:00 - 21:00

Bad Weather

In case of bad weather, Breakfast and dinner will be ordered as described above but will be served for you to consume in your room as a room service

Swimming Pool

  • Swimming Pool Hours 09:00 - 20:00

  • Max Capacity of Swimmers simultaneously 12 people

Public WC

No public WC is permitted to be in use. All our honorable guests are required to use the WC of their own rooms.
