WHAT CAN I DO AT THE STATE FESTIVAL???
There are LOTS of things to do throughout the weekend! Click on the linked titles for detailed information
Attend Workshops We have 14 workshops on all sorts of topics throughout the weekend that you can pick and choose from. They will be in held in WGC room 304 or the MUS Choral Room
Watch Studio Theatre Shows There are 12 Studio Theatre Shows that run all day Friday and Saturday. These 30 minute shows highlight amazing acting without sets or technical elements. They will be held in the GUC Theatre.
Watch One-Act Shows There are 14 minute One-Act performances that run all day Friday and Saturday. These 45 minute shows can range from simple and entertaining to the full glitz and glamor of a huge Broadway production! They will be held in the Noron Auditorium
Watch Group Performances There are 22 Group Acting and 22 Group Musical Events on Friday from 12:30-6:30. These 5-10 minute scenes from your favorite shows feature 3-15 students . Group Acting is in the MUS Recital Hall and Group Musical is in the Norton Black Box Theatre.
Watch Individual Performances There are over 1,500 performances going on all over campus from Friday 1:00-8:00 and Saturday 9:00-3:30. Drop in and check some out! Please be respectful and quiet when in the building and individual rooms.
Buy T-Shirts and Other Trumbauer Festival Items Head over to the Food Court of the GUC on Friday from 10-6:00 and Saturday 8:00-5:30 and pick up your items to show off your Trumbauer pride!
Check out the College Fair over 12 colleges from across Alabama will have representatives set up on Saturday from 12:00-4:00 in the GUC Ballrooms C-D-E. It's never too early to start thinking about college!
EAT! Everyone Loves to Eat! There will be lots of Food Trucks and Other vendors across Campus this weekend. Food Trucks will be parked in the lot across from Norton Auditorium and in front of the GUC. Lots of students on campus this weekend so bring your patience and money! Please be responsible and pick up your trash and keep campus looking nice!
