• Factory in Istanbul, Turkiye, with a production area of 4500 m2 and capacity to produce over 1 million pieces per month 

• Confection in Tokat, Turkiye, with 14 production lines

• Design in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 5.000 unique designs per year

• Sampling lead time from 3 to 10 days

• Production lead time 4 to 6 weeks on main orders and 2 to 4 weeks on repeats

We also regularly audit our factories to ensure that our employees are treated fairly and working in safe conditions.

Our efforts are reflected in our certifications such as Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), Global Recycled Standard (GRS), and Organic Content Standard (OCS), which means that our fabrics meet strict environmental and social criteria. We are proud to say that 100% of our productions for Inditex are carried out with the Join Life label, which uses sustainable materials such as; Organic Cotton, BCI Cotton, Recycled Polyester, Recycled Viscose, Sustainable EcoVero Viscose or European Flax Linen. In addition to these materials, we are committed to using Ocean Recycled Polyester (ORP) in our production processes which is a high-quality material made from recycled plastic waste from oceans, landfills, and other sources, which helps us reduce our environmental impact.

Moreover, we ensure that our production processes are as efficient as possible, minimizing waste and reducing our carbon footprint. We have implemented water treatment systems at our dye-houses that enables us do Care For Water productions that recycle and reuse water in our dyeing processes, reducing our water consumption by over 30%.
