Import the Blank STL into Tinkercad and DO NOT CHANGE THE SIZE OF IT.
Using your knowledge of 3D printing limitations, build an ornament that's connected to the "top" of the comb.
Do NOT change the size of the template.
Notice that the pig sits "on top" of the comb.
