Emotional Wellness plays a big role in our everyday lives. Be sure to take the time to nurture your own individual wellness!! Parents play a substantial role in facilitating emotional wellness in their children. Here are some suggestions and activities you can do with your children for each day of the week. These ideas are great for adults too!

On Sunday focus on taking care of yourself. Take time to make sure you get enough sleep, eat healthy, and be with family.

You can help yourself feel calm and peaceful by taking calming breaths, going for a walk, maybe even taking some time to just imagine your favorite place .

Take time to talk to a friend or family member face-to-face. Share your feelings with a trusted adult.

Learn something new! Read a book or explore a topic online. Do a science experiment. Is there something you always wanted to learn about?

What are you thankful for? Make a list and share it with a friend or family member. Tell the people around you how much you appreciate them.

Health body, healthy mind! Get your body moving. Set up your own exercise program and share it with people you care about.
