Do you want to know how to be happy in your career?

John Holland found the answer. He was a psychologist in the 1950s from Johns Hopkins University who studied job satisfaction.

He believed that people fall into one of six different personality types. His research showed that people who have the same personality type as the career field in which they work tend to have higher job satisfaction.

The activity today will help you to determine your personality type and explore some different career fields that match your personality type.
