Welcome to Alphasoftx Limited’s Mobile Application (the “App”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Alphasoftx Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property, are owned by Alphasoftx Limited or its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphasoftx Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alphasoftx Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App;
Your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately end.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
15. General Terms
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alphasoftx Limited regarding the App.
