Allways Collective is a Community Interest Company dedicated to bringing people together through inclusive events, accessible networking, and life-changing opportunities. From community proms and networking groups to employability workshops and skills development, we create spaces where everyone can connect, grow, and thrive.
Working alongside Dress2MyDoor, we're also committed to removing financial barriers by providing access to prom dresses and formalwear for those who might otherwise miss out on life's special moments.

At Allways Collective, we're just getting started.
Our vision is to create a thriving community where people of all ages and backgrounds can connect, learn, celebrate, and grow. Over the coming months and years, we plan to expand our programme of community events, develop supportive networking groups, and deliver workshops that help people build confidence, skills, and career opportunities.
We're committed to creating spaces for those who often feel overlooked, whether that's young people finding their path, parents building businesses, individuals returning to work, or those who never felt supported by traditional education.
Through our partnership with Dress2MyDoor, we also aim to ensure that no young person misses out on important milestones because of financial barriers.
As we grow, we'll continue to listen to our community, develop new initiatives, and create opportunities that make a real and lasting difference. Our goal is simple: to help more people feel connected, empowered, and supported to achieve their potential.
The future of Allways Collective is about opening doors, creating opportunities, and building a stronger community together.

People, I love people.

What's a skill everyone should learn?
To listen.
What would your super power be?
Hmm, I quite fancy being invisible, but I'd love to be able to just grant wishes like a real fairy godmother.
Whats something people might not know about you?
this one's tricky as I massively over share - I'm not a drinker, I hate fish and I'm scared of butterflies.
If Allways Collective had a motto, what would it be?
I'd like to steal "Hakuna Mattata" and my daughter Belle would love this.
