Content Specialist

At All the Smoke Productions, we're not just creating content; we're telling impactful stories. 

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Content Specialist for a new sports vertical under All the Smoke Productions. This individual will pitch ideas, create posts, engage with community, and keep a tight pulse on the sports and entertainment world

On-Site in Los Angeles or Remote - Can work on-site if preferred, but not a requirement. 

Responsibilities: 

• • Program content across Instagram and TikTok 

  • Assist with templatized social graphic creation

  • Bring fresh thoughts and ideas on new and innovative ways to display content across social/digital platforms (visually, aesthetically, etc.)

  • The ability to scan & be proactive on social media for emerging trends and stories that fit the All the Smoke ethos

  • Work closely with editorial team to identify specific opportunities to help drive increased engagement

  • Stay up to date on emerging social media features/ideas, competitive landscape, and innovative ways to engage our brand on social media.

  • Ability to create efficient systems & work processes to handle a high output social strategy that focus on high impact stories and content.

Qualifications 

• • Experience growing social media brands, preferably from scratch. 

  • Comfortability with graphic design and video editing 

  • Strong copywriting & communication skills

  • Ability to organically interact with audience to grow strong community 

  • You’re a team player and recognize that no job is too small to help the team win games

  • You’re a creative thinker - you don't need a step-for-step blueprint to succeed 

  • A passion for sports and/or entertainment, being chronically online is a plus!
